Tommy works primarily with large and otherwise non-standard accounts to identify
exposures and search the marketplace to put together a comprehensive package at the right price. All businesses, by virtue of their very existence, face criminal, contract and
legal liability exposures. A thorough discussion will reveal these exposures and
methods of handling them. Some often difficult risks in the contract and legal liability areas are Completed Operations Liability, Products Liability, Motorized vehicles and
Equipment (owned and non-owned), Professional Errors and Omissions, Pollution
(including mold) and Directors and Officers Liability. Recent suits filed in the area of
Employment Practices Liability have been especially severe. By purchasing insurance to
handle your exposure to risks you are purchasing the strong financial backing and
powerful legal defense of the carrier of your polices. Therefore, it becomes important
to choose your agency and carrier carefully.
When not enjoying her work Tommy especially loves playing bridge, reading,
horticulture, artistic flower arranging and needlework. Her first priority outside work,
though, is her Family which includes her Daughter, Son-in-law and the two most
wonderful grandchildren in the world.
